Congratulations to the members of the Atlanta HWA Chapter whose contributions have been added to the 2019 Bram Stoker Awards® Preliminary Ballot.

Massive congratulations to Peter Adam Salomon for Eight Minutes, Thirty-Two Seconds published by PseudoPsalms Press in the Superior Achievement in a Young Adult Novel category.

We also want to recognize three local appearances in Superior Achievement in an Anthology. Chapter president Gini Koch has a story in A Secret Guide to Fighting Elder Gods edited by Jennifer Brozek and released by Pulse Publishing, Bram Stoker Award-nominated author Brian Kirk has a story in Seven Deadliest edited by D. Alexander Ward and released by Cutting Block Books, and finally Stoker Emcee emeritus Jeff Strand has a story in Pop the Clutch: Thrilling Tales of Rockabilly, Monsters, and Hot Rod Horror edited by Eric J. Guignard and released by Dark Moon Books.

Lynne Hansen provided the cover art for one of the selections in Superior Achievement in a Fiction Collection with Where Carrion Gods Dance by Brad C. Hodson, published by Washington Park Press.

One of the selections for Superior Achievement in Short Fiction “Birds of Passage” by Gordon B. White was originally published in Twice-Told: A Collection of Doubles. This story set in front of even more readers when this was reprinted in PseudoPod, and one of the co-editors is a chapter member.
